Founder Kevin Slattery, a Nashua native, attributed his company’s consistent growth to its dedicated employees and their keen attention to detail, which drives all aspects of the business. Etchstone is also a pioneer in New Hampshire’s active adult market, completing more multiple communities specifically designed for clients aged 55+ and 62+. Examples include Summerfield of Amherst, a community of single-level detached condominium homes with custom-designed floor plans incorporating many features as standard that are found elsewhere as upgrades.
