Our History

Since 1984, the team at Nashua-based Etchstone Properties, Inc. has quietly built an outstanding reputation for responsible, quality residential building and development throughout Southern New Hampshire.

Owner Kevin Slattery, a Nashua native, attributes his company's consistent growth to its dedicated employees and their keen attention to detail, which drives all aspects of the business. Other elements of success include quality home planning, innovative building technology, and understanding clients' expectations.

This unwavering dedication to detail and commitment to quality are the hallmarks of each Etchstone crafted home -- and a major differentiator among service providers in today's fast-paced economy. Many clients have followed the company through the years, purchasing more than one Etchstone home because they love the quality and attention to detail--which all add up to excellent value.

Etchstone is also a pioneer in New Hampshire's active adult market, completing more than six communities specifically designed for clients aged 55+ and 62+. Examples include Summerfield of Amherst, a community of single-level detached condominium homes with custom-designed floor plans incorporating many features as standard that are found elsewhere as upgrades. The most recent of such communities is Mission Pointe Condominium in Hudson, a community for active adults age 62 or more, which we have just begun selling out the final phase. Many homes are already under agreement, hurry in before it’s too late!

The Etchstone team looks forward to continued growth and maintaining its mission of providing quality housing, from entry-level condominiums to luxury single-family homes.

Our Customers

"My two main reasons for choosing Mission Pointe Condominium were location and Builder. Prior to moving here I lived in an Etchstone built home in Litchfield (which I loved) when however I learned that Mission Pointe Condominium was also an Etchstone property I knew that this is where I wanted to live. The accessibility to shopping and rte 3 were a big draw. Even though it is located on a main road it is set back in a serene, peaceful, and quiet setting. My home is all I knew it would be and I’m delighted to be here."
